Charlie has been busy working on the script for our Christmas show.  I'm sure we'll have a few tweaks as we get closer to the show date - but this will give you a good idea of how the show will flow!

Also, we are thinking that our attire won't be "uniform", but rather something like what one would wear in the 1950's.  For men that would be more formal than today's fashion.  Something like a suit or sport coat.  White shirts.  Skinny ties. Etc.  So be looking in your closets for what you might want to wear - or visit Goodwill to fill in items that would fit that era.

This is going to be a GREAT show.  So lets get busy selling tickets, sponsorships and advertisements.

As I'm working to memorize Hallelujah I found that just having the words was really helpful.  I attached them in case it is helpful to any of you as well. JAY 

 I’ve attached my attempt to capture the words for It’s Beginning to Look Like Christmas. Just 4 Fun was singing this yesterday and we realized we don’t have the words locked in yet, so we assumed a few of you might have the same issue. You can load this on your tablet, and I’ll have some printed copies tonight. The main words are printed in regular text and the additional words sung by one or more parts are in (parenthesis in itatics). I can’t guarantee the words are all perfectly accurate, but it should be helpful. 

Also, Don Paulson and Jim Calvin have prepared show tickets in envelopes of 10 tickets per envelope. We suggest that tonight when you check out tickets you check them out in multiples of ten so Lee doesn’t have to count tickets. Lee has two quartet rehearsals tonight so he can’t help with ticket distribution so Don and Jim have volunteered to handle ticket distribution tonight. We’re still looking for a volunteer to help Lee with tickets each week until the show.

We will also have more show flyers. Bill reminded me that he plans to visit every advertiser and sponsor, and put up a poster (if they have a business) and offer their complimentary tickets. Based on Bill’s success selling ads and sponsorships, we suggest everyone follow Bill’s suggestions – pick up more posters if you need them. WALT
