FamilyMeans was founded in 1963 to provide social services in the St. Croix Valley and has grown to be a trusted and reliable community resource in this area and beyond. Programs include Caregiving & Aging, Counseling & Therapy, Financial Solutions, and Youth Development. For more than 60 years, FamilyMeans has held true to its mission of strengthening communities by helping individuals and families through challenges in all life stages, including challenges that sometimes accompany aging. FamilyMeans Caregiving & Aging provides coaching and consultation, information and assistance, in-home and group respite, education, support groups, and dementia-specific programming. Through these services, FamilyMeans helps older adults, their families, friends, and neighbors care for each other and be meaningfully engaged in the community. Croix Chordsmen will have opportunities to learn more about FamilyMeans, our Community Partner for 2024, as we work together to help our neighbors stay connected and engaged in community life.
